At Twinkle Twinkle Studio, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with love. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
1. Processing Time
All items are handmade and/or prepared in small batches.
Orders are processed within 3 -7 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will notify you.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Delivery is handled via reliable courier services or the South African Post Office (if applicable).
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Major cities: 3 - 7 business days
Outlying / rural areas: 3–7 business days to be determined after order placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated to you before order confirmation.
Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Twinkle Twinkle Studio is not responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Parcels marked as delivered by the courier
Delays outside of our control.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier; however, replacement or refunds are subject to the courier’s investigation outcome.
